ABOUT TODD

Born and raised in the Midwest, Todd fell in love with music early when taking piano lessons, before he ultimately picked up the trumpet in 2004. Twenty years later, he still loves playing every chance he can get and has happily made a life traveling the world while performing.

Todd holds a Bachelor’s in Trumpet Performance from the University of Central Missouri where he studied under Dr. Alan Wenger. Believing firmly in being a “lifelong learner,” Todd has continued learning from other trumpet greats such as Louis Dowdeswell and Bobby Shew.

When not performing Todd enjoys spending time with his dog, Callie, and observing the galaxy through his telescopes and photographing the night sky - to check out his astrophotography, you can see the results of his hobby here.
